Return Policy

All sales final. No returns. In case of damaged, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. For all requests, please contact customer service at contact@othongthai.com with your order number.

Once proof of damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Privacy

We respects the privacy of its customers. Customer information will never be shared with third parties or outside individuals.

Shipping

Currently, OT ships globally via Fedex. The shipping costs is calculated at checkout. Please note that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in International shipping costs and will be additionally added to the cost of each order. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch, but may also be retrieved by sending a request along with your order number to contact@othongthai.com

OT does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchasing

By ordering merchandise, you agree that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.  We reserve the right to refuse any orders without warning or explanation.
